Vi presento questa versione di ravioli al nero di seppia, farciti con classici ingredienti e arricchiti con gamberi, serviti con una riduzione di bisque e una crema di bufala sul fondo.Il sapore del piatto \u00e8 cos\u00ec avvolgente che crea dipendenza.Ps: per semplicit\u00e0 ho preferito la forma del raviolo classico ma potete cimentarvi a provare quella dei culurgiones<\/span><\/div>\n<div
